Does the franchise owner know how bad the personal makes the entire brand look when it is waiting so long and the apathy of the personal is so obvious? I'm not sure why they can't have any contactless pickup. I ordered early and had to wait an hour in an autoline for a pizza that is over and dried in its warmer. that's just sucked. I just sat like all cars and waited and when I got into the window, nobody was there for a few minutes. Placed online order at 10:30am. Order was finally delivered at 12:30pm and a coworker ordered at the same time and instead of delivering both orders at the same time she did not get her order until 1pm. Was told that delivery driver had car problems and was also told that their delivery driver was late coming in. Be honest with your customers about mistakes and not try to cover and give 2 different stories. Need reliable staff. Have had numerous issues with this location. Please be attentive and courteous.
It was horrible I ordered delivery they didn't have correct change so they had to go get change . In the meantime I'm sure the pizza and stuff got cold but i wouldn't know bc I received a restricted call stating they couldn't bring our pizza but they would do us the huge favor of taking the delivery charge off if we would come pick it up. Really?! So after over an hour and a half ,a cold pizza, along with numerous other probs....I should have gotten it all free. Never ever again.
what a joke! telephone problems at many locations and when you get through management, has serious recruitment problems! we made our last purchase with them. we will never buy from pizza hat again. we do not make any business with companies that do not respect and appreciate our business. The delivery drivers at this location are quite slow and seem reluctant to deliver orders. Pine Bluff is reflecting poorly on businesses in general. It appears that no one wants to work here or take pride in their jobs, which is really disappointing.
if im being honest i wanted to try to contact you guys but i could not ? the pizza was terrible., the crust was hard as a rock, the pizza was dry and over cooked and the sauce wasnt even sauce it was legit tomato paste. PLEASE give me a refund
I absolutely loved my stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with garlic parmesan sauce! It was fresh and delightful to eat. The pepperoni was cooked to perfection. This is definitely the best pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut!

My order was prepared incorrectly twice, but the manager went above and beyond to ensure that I left the restaurant as a satisfied customer. We hadn't been to Pizza Hut in years, but we will definitely be back.
