I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday evening. The night shift manager, Malcolm, was both disrespectful and rude. I had called ahead to place a pick-up order, but when I arrived, he informed me that they were no longer taking orders. Despite explaining that I had already placed my order, he insisted that it didn’t matter since they were closed. While I could see my pizza sitting in the warmer, he told me I couldn’t pay for it. The service was incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and a disappointing experience with the company.
I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. I placed an online order for six wings and tasconi pasta, but when the order arrived, I received six wings and a pizza instead. I called three times to sort it out, but all I got was put on hold. Each time, a girl kept coming to the phone to tell me that the manager was on the way, but that never happened. I'm definitely reporting this to the corporate office because it's frustrating how they handled my order, especially since I spent my hard-earned money here. We need to demand better service.
I generally like Pizza Hut, but I recently ordered a large pizza and a brownie from this location, and both were not cooked properly. The brownie was overly soft and gooey, and the pizza had an oddly pale, white look—not just the crust, but the entire pizza. It was quite unusual! I won't be ordering from here again!

The pizza and wings from Pizza Hut were incredibly tasty and exactly how I requested them. I really appreciate their fantastic menu and the rewards points I earn with each purchase. With those rewards, I can easily grab a free pizza anytime. I truly enjoy dining at Pizza Hut!
Bad customer service After placing an order and waiting more than an hour they tell you that there is no order in their name. They hang up the call, when you ask the manager they tell you that there is not available. Horrible service
PIZZA Hut receives a Five star for their delivery and presentation. Food was great as verified by family members and it was indeed a Fun Friday with the wings and PIZZA served. ALL were tasty and fulfilling.
This is the only place I eat pizza from now, the staff is always friendly and courteous and right now there is no wait time....

I consistently receive great customer service whenever I visit this restaurant. My kids always enjoy the food as well.
I love Pizza Hut, but one thing I dislike is how greasy the pizza can be.
