my pizza was terrible and cold. it was almost 30 minutes too late. after the app it should be delivered at 9:12 clock and I have called into their local pizza hat at 9:38 clock because it has not yet been delivered, I was put in the handle and no one ever came back to the phone! I waited for 21 minutes! what service is that? my food was finally delivered and it was all cold. the personal pizza we ordered was disgusting, hardly a cheese on it, I have pictures and the pizza saved if the pasta was tasteless and a complete drop in money. the other pizzas and broth sticks were cold, but could be reheated and could at least be eaten. the rest of the food was rough. a complete disappointment. we or...
Kids were hungry so i ordered a pizza for delivery an hour ago and was told it would be 45-50 minute waits paid by card. I went in the Pizza hut profile for this exact location so there is absolutely no way i could get it wrong. Over an hour passed by and no pizza arrive so i called to see what the hold uo was, when i called back, gave them my number and so on they said i’m not in the system. Took a whole chunk out of my time and now the kids have ti wait another hour for something that takes 15-20 minutes to prepare. Never again! If i didn’t promise pizza hut i would’ve asked for a refund. NEVER AGAIN
This is one of the worst Pizza Hut unless you enjoy really limp and soggy pizza. This location is notorious for under baking even when you add a special note to “bake it well done”. If you pay for extra cheese, it’s 50/50 that you’ll even get a normal amount of cheese let alone extra cheese. I gave them an extra star because delivery is always quick, but I think it’s because they under bake everything. “In and out of the oven in less than five minutes”. Lol
This was the first time in decades that I ordered pizza. Those who dine with us have always loved the thin Meat Lovers pizza. We always request it well done to ensure it stays crispy when it arrives at home. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't cooked enough, particularly the crust edges, which are usually done perfectly. Pizzas were great. Full of toppings. Crust was perfect. They were not greasy. Honestly, the best Pizza Hut I ordered from. Pizzas arrived on time. Big Kudos to the person who made our pizzas. Thank you. Keep the good work. 100% satisfied customer. Expectations exceeded.
They provide the extra sauces and sides ONLY 25% of the time. I can't understand why order fulfillment is so difficult for them, it's the quintessence of the business.It was my fault for failing to rely on my past experience.
