Pizza Hut - Tisch reservieren

Went for tea after shopping in the retail park. Saturday tea time. Restaurant was quiet. We had to scan and complete the track and trace app before entering. No option to give details manually to staff. We were taken to our table and given menus...and again, told to scan a code on the table and place our order. We asked to give our order manually to a member of staff as we were struggling to put order through and told no, staff will talk you through if you are struggling.. I then asked if I could have my drink but because the order had not gone through I couldn't have a drink. for the first time on Saturday in years. when it went downhill, it's worse. the ordering and payment of a telephone is ridiculous. how to manage humans or people without phones. The...unlimited buffet ordered. what a catastrophe. the people swung and waited for hot pizzas and they, when they came out, because so many people waited for them to go in seconds. then there was a waiting time. the salatbar was spun, but not exactly exciting or very well covered. the unlimited drinks were tasteless. So they spent all the time checking up and down for hot eating and winning millions of tellers in the meantime. we also ordered a next order of fritten. I had to ask for them at least four times. I’m not a fussy person, but the pizza I got from Pizza Hut was disgraceful. I ordered a large cheese and tomato pizza, but seemed to get a small thick Aldi pizza. Well not quite that good the frozen Aldi pizza would have tasted a...lot better. The pizza was just not it, it didn’t taste good, it was small and didn’t feel soft or fresh. The only positive was that the waiter was a nice person and had nothing to do with her obviously, just a shame how bad the pizza was. Go to pizza express (who are amazing) or zizzis or even a dominos is better than Pizza Hut.

We visited this Pizza Hut, the food was fantastic and the service was great too, the level of hygiene at this Pizza Hut during this pandemic was exceptional 100% keep up the good work we will be back
