I was disappointed with the long wait time and the absence of a pizza tracker feature in your app. I placed my order at 6 PM and by 7 PM, after calling to check, I was told it would take another 30 minutes. When I called again at 7:30 PM, I was informed the order had already left the store. However, when I checked my security cameras, I saw the pizza was actually dropped off on my porch at 7:10 PM. At 7:45 PM, the pizza had been sitting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes. The delivery driver could have at least knocked or rang the doorbell, as I had no way of knowing the pizza had arrived. I placed an online order around 9:40 PM on a Sunday and picked it up at 9:55 PM. We ordered an Edge Pepperoni Lovers pizza and breadsticks. The pizza had way too much oregano—it looked like heaps of pepper sprinkled on top of the cheese—and the breadsticks came without any dipping sauce. By the time we got home and noticed these issues, it was too late to return or exchange the order. I shared my feedback through the Pizza Hut customer experience survey but haven’t received any response yet. It took a while for the heartburn from the oregano to subside, so I strongly recommend double-checking your order before leaving the restaurant.
The employees don’t know the prices; when asked, they say they don’t know and tell you to ask about the charges. They’re unaware of how much tax is added and overcharge service fees, claiming it’s government-mandated. A $15 pizza ended up costing $20, and the pizza wasn’t good. This new pizza, which is advertised on TV, is disappointing. I don’t recommend buying it.
I ordered the family pack and a large stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut for my Super Bowl party. Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit tough, as if it had been left warming all day. Also, the cheese seemed noticeably lacking, which was disappointing. Both my guests and I were let down by the experience, especially considering the promising menu at Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut is impeccably clean, and the pizza arrived steaming hot with plenty of cheese—I truly enjoyed it! The staff were wonderful, showing kindness and respect that made me feel very welcome. Kudos to the night manager for an excellent job! The menu also offers a wide selection.
I went to this restaurant for the first time, and I must say, it had a great atmosphere. They have around eight big TVs, which are ideal for catching all the games—basketball, football, baseball, you name it!
Very clean, and the pizza was hot and cheesy—loved it! The employees were awesome, very polite, and respectful. I felt right at home. Great job, Night Manager!
The restaurant boasted a clean and roomy environment featuring a contemporary design. I really enjoyed my meal, as the food was incredibly tasty.
