I'm rating the pizza, not the facility. The hand-tossed dough seemed fresh and it was tasty. The facility is in an area of St. Louis County that is slowly trying to up its game. The building, outside and inside, is a mess. The employee who took my order,Russell, was extremely helpful. I didn't have the menu at my fingertips and he walked me through my options. I was in my carwhen I called. It was a Friday afternoon and estimating my arrival was difficult because of traffic. I arrived as the pizzacame out of the oven. It was hot, the cheese was salty and gooey... it was a excellent pizza. I'll be going back.
I've been living near this restaurant for eight years and have ordered from them numerous times. They have never disappointed me. The crusts are absolutely delicious—hands down, the best pan crust I've ever had—and they are always generous with the toppings. Since we live nearby, we typically pick up our orders, and the staff is always friendly, with our orders ready on time. This place serves the best pizza I've ever tasted, especially when it comes to consistency. They also have great online deals and offer excellent pizza for a chain restaurant.
I wish I could order from a different location for delivery. My last few orders have taken over an hour, and the quality has been disappointing. I even tried ordering earlier in the day, but I encountered the same problem. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and struggle to get my food in that time frame. When I tried to discuss my concerns with the manager, they were quite rude. I would recommend staying away from this place.
Just ordered pizza tonight. I know I ordered close to closing time however that is no excuse for me to get a pizza that isn't even cooked. Also extremely greasy. Makes me think something was done to my pizza to where I can't even eat it. I left a goodtip for the driver also bc I knew it was an order placed late. I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to a staff member named Russell who truly stood out. He was incredibly hardworking and always maintained a smile, which made the atmosphere even better. The pizza was delicious, and I definitely plan to return soon!
There was no sauce on the burnt pizza and the Cinnamon Rolls were completely raw, not even a attempt at baking them. I suggest sending these images to the company and reporting this immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Outstanding service! The pizza and cheese sticks were delicious and brought back memories of our high school days. We thoroughly enjoyed snacking on them while watching a movie. We will definitely be ordering again!
