I will never order from Pizza Hut again! I ordered a pizza with chicken and bacon, and guess what? I'm missing the chicken, but I'm sure they still charged me for it! Additionally, when you order online, they ask for a tip for the team member. I don’t see why I should tip someone just for doing their job; I don’t get tipped for mine—it's called a paycheck! I only consider tipping if the pizza is being delivered, and I picked mine up. Sorry for venting about the tipping situation; it really annoyed me. I guess I should have double-checked my order before leaving. Also, the pizza was extremely greasy! I recommend going to Domino's instead; it's much better!
I would advise against using PIZZA HUT in Northfield. My family ordered a pizza during a time when I was unwell, and it took Randy an unreasonable amount of time to respond to our complaint. He refuses to refund the $47.00 we spent, even though there were only two pieces of hair on the pizza. Randy claims he would have eaten the entire pizza except for the hair, but it’s noteworthy that no one at Pizza Hut has black hair, aside from the cook who has short black hair. Shame on you, Randy. How many hairs does it take to warrant a full refund?
We had a pizza delivered. It was timely delivered and the delivery guy was friendly. That said, the pizza (vegetarian) was the worst I've ever had. The vegetables were overcooked, the sauce tasted as if it came out of a jar, and there was almost no taste to the pizza or crust, a little like eating cardboard. Will never buy another pizza from there again.
If I had to choose it would be no stars. We have a friend come over and spend some time with us and we had ordered pizza and when we go outside to wait for the pizza guy. We get outside an it's already their on the concrete with the pops we had to it was very upsetting watch out guys what they did was very shady.

Our 2 pizzas were absolutely perfect. I ordered a pan of pizza with extra cheese and onions and my husband had a Supreme Pan pizza. Both perfect.
