Despite my pizza sticking to the pan, the staff addressed the issue promptly. They replaced it with a new pizza and even offered something extra to make up for the inconvenience. While an apology would have sufficed, their sincere approach and quick resolution turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one. Great job handling the situation! Thank you.
I ordered a large original pan pizza topped with pepperoni and seasoned pork, along with my favorite item: a double order of breadsticks! Everything from this location has always been great. I typically order about once a month, and each experience has been consistently wonderful. Pizza Hut has been a favorite of mine since childhood, and I highly recommend it!
When I entered the restaurant, it was empty. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, freshly made chicken wings. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to my order. I noticed that there is no longer a salad bar, likely due to COVID-19 precautions. Overall, stop by the hut to satisfy your hunger!
The food was alright, it's the almost 4 dollar delivery fee they charge. It states it doesn't go towards the drivers tips so I guess it's just another way for a big corporation to line their pockets with even more money. I absolutely love the buffet here! The pizza is delicious, and the service is outstanding. We especially enjoy having Joyce as our server; she's the best server we've ever encountered at any restaurant. She remembers us, our drinks, and our favorite dishes.
