We visited on the first day they were open post-lockdown, were not told anything about registering our car with the restaurant. We then received a letter 2 months later from Civil Enforcement Ltd., stating that we had ignored their previous communications of which we'd...received none! And slapping us with a fine of £140. Pizza Hut have been absolutely zero help. We do have a receipt and are in the process of appealing, but it's just disgraceful to let this happen to so many customers. I went to Castle marina pizza hut tonight with my 3 kids, as it was my sons 13th birthday. Had food they got the order incorrect on the pizza. Had to wait extra time as we was all eating.When I came to pay they refused...cash payment as I lost my bank card and waiting on a new card to arrive. I offerd to get my dad to pay over the phone and the manager refused payment. I was told to go to sainsburys and buy a gift card to pay for our food. I felt so embarrassed and felt belittled. we have visited this pizza hut once in the month three months behind each other and always have a nice experience. the team is always happy to teach us when we say that we prefer table service, and chris is always very happy and helpful and even...contains the children during our order! the staff is very friendly and happy to give us countless bests when our children unavoidably throw them on the floor. chris is very good to leave our 4 year old help with the card machine and the children loved their sweet stickers today. pizza hut castle marina staff were very helpful and friendly, as approaching for a large company order, some days before it was needed. all employees were aware of the ordering and all could answer all those who were asked...forward thanks to claire, jenna, gemma and all the others who made it possible. everyone has enjoyed eating and I will definitely reuse this place and trust that they will be efficient with the order. thanks to all again for all their help
not even disturb! we were asked to wait, even if the staff stood to talk to each other! when we were finally served, I asked the girl “do you have any gluten-free pizza bases” their answer “yes, we normally do” and continued to take us. the table I asked her if she could check before we order drinks etc! she came back as what I can only describe as laughing as “Tiger on Speed” and said: “It’s a good work that she’ve checked, we’ve run out”
We were welcomed by a lovely young lady who sorted out a seat suitable for profoundly deaf person. Chatted away very happily answering my husband questions. Karlie was the waitress name , she made our pizzahut experience so delightful, thanks so much, the pizza was...gorgeous Andy the sweets delicious.
It was terrible manager kicked off because we finished with overcooked food. Dirty place need to be clean properly. Change a manager too

the pizza of pizza hut is great and that was not an exception. delicious pizza and the new peri peri filled crust was amazing.
Our 3 grandchildren loved the pizza's. We had four individual pizzas and the salad buffet. Very tasty pizza and fresh salad.
