the Pizza Hut in poinciana has become garbage. you order stuff and the people making the stuff don't even care to make the order right. the delivery people don't make sure they have your entire order but expect good tip. i'm constantly paying for extra stuff and don't get what I paid for. its so disappointing because I love Pizza Hut but, I guess i'm better off buying frozen pizza box from the super market for a cheaper price at least I know what im getting without paying extra. and I called and told them and they just put me on hold for 10 minutes to make a decision if they were gonna give me what they owe and yet never told me on top of not sending me again what I ordered. The pepperoni pizza was not good at all. There was barely any cheese... Pizza Hut...is there a cheese shortage that I dont know about ? The pizza only had a very thin layer just to hold the pepperoni to the crust and the pepperoni was so over cooked I thought it was bacon.., way too crispy. How the pepperoni was cooked so much without the crust burning I wouldnt know. 2 stars only because crust wasnt burnt. We usually enjoy Pizza Hut... but tonight was an utter fail.
Unfortunately this is Not the first time that this happened ,  wen I arrived they tol me they didt have a order under my Name I had to wait longer and they were not paying attention to their customers the girl on the fron was super unprofessional and rude poor customer service and to finish the food was with bad presentation and flavorless I give them several times the oportinity because its convenient to me but never again
1 week ago I had ordered the large dinner box with pfefferoni and ground beef pizza, with Tuscani chicken alfredo pasta with brothsticks for my family and I and it was very delicious, everything was fresh. we're coming back. Thank you?

the delivery was fast and everything tastes good. the only thing I don't get back was the marinara sauce for the breadsticks and the brotstick is my favourite item from the pizza hut.
pizza hut has a good choice of pizzas and desserts such as cinnamon rolls or chocolate cake. I ordered the thin ones with green paprika, swirl and steak. very good!
my pizza was hot and fresh and the wings were also really good. my experience was very pleasant and the driver was friendly.
Food was awful. Hard as a rock and could not eat. Manager was not helpful and was rude.
