This Pizza Hut is a catastrophe, I wonder how she still does to be open with these couacs, I call to order by phone, wait 30 minutes, I move to know what’s going on I’m told they have two phones and they forgot the second. Then credule as I am I recommend online in May 2023, arriving on site at time of order recovery, ah Bein no they forgot to prepare it and I have to wait 20 minutes on site while I had an appointment. That from disaster to every order ..funching to flee if you don’t want to lose your rest ..and I don’t even speak of the sympathy of the team ..for years I wonder if they’re working free to be also I’m annoying
Ok ce sont des pizza et d'une grande marque cependant ce sont les meilleures et de loin en grandes enseignes en terme de gout et qualité (largement au dessus de Dominos et Speed Rabbit )L'accueil telephone ou physique est toujours excellent d'ailleurs le gérant vous proposera systématiquement les promos sans que vous lui en parliezLe service de livraison est quasiment tout le temps à l'heure (pas à 100% mais les aléas de la route, trouver le lieu exact font que ce n'est pas toujours facile)Je n'ai pas de part chez Pizza Hut mais quand ce genre d'enseigne ainsi que leurs gérants sont compétents il faut le souligner
I took the habit of taking my children there because pizzas are delicious (well garnished and mellow!)The restaurant is located two steps from the lake, the prices are very correct (for my great family it is important) and especially the staff is smiling and listening when it comes to modifying such or such an ingredient in the recipes (we are a little complicated) and yet there is a choice! We always have good times that's why I recommend!
Pizzas are always excellent, very good products. I particularly appreciate the quality of the service, and the very friendly staff. Wait times and prices are more than reasonable. It's nice to pick up pizza at Pizza Hut Annecy, I come regularly and recommend this place, alone, with friends or family!

Our pizza was delivered in a lamentable state after calling the restaurant to complain about the Hut pizza manager promised us the next order would be offered I give it to you in a thousand, I order tonight no pizza offered I'm just gonna change pizzerias that will better consider these customers
Commande faite sur leur site internet, pizza prête quand je suis arrivé sur place, promotion ce jour sur toutes les pizzas moyennes (6.95€). Pizza bonne sans +.Personnel jeune et dynamique, attentif au client.Tous moyens de paiement accepté
Personnel jeune dynamique et de bon conseil, attentif et accueillant. Et les pizzas sont top! En livraison ou à l'emporté je recommande vivement!
Génial pizza hut de livrer mon voisin du bas de la rue et de refuser ceux qui habite à 50 m plus haut...
