Negative experience with Curbside ordering. I had placed an order online and had given a decent wait prior to leaving home. I arrived outside the restaurant and had indicated on Pizza Huts website I had arrived by pressing the I 'm here button. I waited another 15-20 minutes and no one had come outside to deliver my order. I called the store three times with no answer. I eventually walked into the store and informed them they should probably check their phone lines. The employee stated he had heard the phone ring to another employee but said he was busy. The store had two separate tables dining but I can 't say for the to go orders but it did not appear that busy. I did not see anyone check...
Manager of the restaurant yelled at a 11 year child all over a outside bag the child bought into the restaurant while his mother went to order their food.. told them including the mother the rest of the parties at the table to leave and they were paying customers at your restaurant... the family is Mexicans) and to me that shows disrespect to their culture... which is wrong.. and not right so its my honor and pleasure to say... I wont be returning to Pizza Hut ever again with my family... and sure there will be others like me... cause we are all big family here in Grays Harbor County.. not one child will go through abuse ever.... shame on you Pizza Hut!
I inquired about any deals for two medium special pizzas, and the staff member informed me that two pizzas with two toppings would come to about $21.50 after tax. She then asked if we wanted drinks, and we ordered two medium Mountain Dews. When I paid with $30, I expected some change, but my total was around $29.50, and I only received coins back—no dollar bills. I was shocked to find that the two sodas cost $8! It felt like a bit of a surprise. I still left a couple of dollars as a tip for the person who cleans the table, but I won't be ordering drinks there again. The pizza was good, but seriously, $8 for two medium sodas?
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but what stands out the most during my visits is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly friendly and attentive. I observed two ladies handling a particularly difficult customer, and they managed it with grace and patience. The entire team is fantastic! Thank you all, and please continue being the best! I was very pleased with the pizzahut staff on 9-3-22. We celebrated my daughter's birthday party there and the staff was amazing. It's nice going to an establishment and being treated respectfully and the service was amazing we didn't have to ask once for anything they were always checking like clock work! We will be back. Thankyou pizzahut staff.
So 9 months ago the pizza was good. Now no way! It was cold! Hard as card board and they didn't honor any of the deals on the App! Even in house was cheaper than pick up which for a large pepperoni and some salty wings cost $40! Don't go there! They're more concerned answering the phone than anything!!! Yuck!
The pizza is absolutely the best at this location. The service is outstanding as well. It's a very clean restaurant. The cinnamon bread was delicious too, however, I didn't pay for it because I was at a birthday party. I don't think I would because it's just like having cinnamon toast on pizza dough.
I think they gave me regular instead of cheesy bread sticks. But still good. The pizza was good and I was quoted 70-80 minutes delivery time and it came in 30 minutes ironically when I was not expecting it for a little bit.. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered two large pizzas for $20 each and a pasta dish, and they were the worst tasting food I've ever had! Most of it ended up in the trash. I won't be coming back!
