We often order from this location and have never encountered any issues. However, on our latest order, we requested 3 pizzas for delivery but only received 2. When I called the store, the staff had already identified the mistake and quickly remade our missing pizza—sending out two this time for delivery. I'm really grateful for the excellent customer service and will definitely keep ordering from here! Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
The service was outstanding, and both the pizza and boneless wings were delicious! Just a heads-up: make sure to park properly after 6 PM. I had forgotten how great Pizza Hut is. It seems like there's a price war going on, but you definitely get what you pay for—perhaps they need a new slogan! Give it a try; they've really outdone themselves!
We sometimes order the dinner box from the Reisterstown Road location. Delivery is always on time, food is hot and the drivers are very friendly. We have always gotten our orders right. The kids love the variety and it's a great deal!
