The manager, Amber, informed me that she didn't know how to process a refund and did not offer any credit for a future visit. After spending 40 minutes at Pizza Hut without getting dinner for my kids, I left $54.00 poorer, essentially donating that amount to a restaurant with disorganized and poorly trained staff. I am extremely disappointed with this franchise in Columbia, IL, and I definitely will not be returning.
Ordered online the day before. The next day, I received a call about an hour before the delivery was scheduled saying the store was closed. I don't know if it's an issue with the online ordering or this particular store. But what I do know is that we werenot too pleased with this. I had ordered these to feed an event, so we had to scramble last minute to order pizza from someoneelse.
Pizza Hut is now closed on weekends, so if you're searching for lunch in Columbia, you'll need to consider other options. I recommend trying Domino's or Imo's instead, as their service is far superior, creating a win-win experience. Thanks to Pizza Hut's limited hours, choosing from their menu is no longer a tough decision for me!

We love the Pizza Hut in Columbia! We live in Belleville and always come here for our pizza because they are always so well made. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job and for having such friendly and polite staff.
I have never had any issues at this Pizza Hut location. My order is usually ready when I get there. The staff is always friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy their job.
We absolutely adore the stuffed crust pizza! It's so convenient to have a Pizza Hut close by. Additionally, we truly value that they continue to serve classic wings.
