I hadn't had pizza in years, but when we were in the area for a New Year's meal at Taco Square, I decided to check out Pizza Hut. When I called, the staff was friendly and took the time to tell us about their specials in detail. Once we arrived, the food was ready and cooked to perfection. I was also impressed by the great price! We got the big dinner box, which included two medium pizzas, bone-in wings (with a $1 upgrade), and breadsticks, all for $30 including taxes. It felt like a win for me! Overall, a great experience!
I don't have any issues with the service, as the staff here are usually fantastic. However, I had a significant problem with the app when I tried to apply a deal for a large pizza for $14.99. When I reached the checkout, the price reverted to the regular amount. I had to restart the entire process three times, but I still couldn't get the deal to work. Ultimately, I ended up paying the regular price instead of the discounted rate I was hoping for.
Pizza Hut got my order right, delivered it quickly so it was still hot, had a friendly driver, and the food was delicious! This was my first experience with delivery, and I was very satisfied!
Online ordering was very user friendly. Delivery was fast, food was hot, and very tasty. Overall I was very with my experience and will revisit soon. Great job!
