Pizzahut Innaloo took money from our account for order they supposedly never received, this is stealing in my opinion. Story: Placed an online order, money went pending in bank account, an hour passed without delivery, rang the shop and was told they never received the order. I was advised money WOULD NOT leave my account as order was not received. Guess what? Money was taken, when we rang up they admitted to remembering talking to me on the night of missing order, but told us to come to the shop and prove they had charged our account. My husband went in, had bank account transactions to show, got told we 'd get a refund. Week passed, no refund, rang Pizzahut Innaloo again, got told this was...
I used to be a regular at Domino's, but a few months ago, a friend gifted me a Pizza Hut voucher, so I decided to give it a try, and I can't express how pleased I am! I ordered their hot and spicy veggie pizza, and it was absolutely fantastic. The jalapeno cheese bites were so delicious that they've now become a staple for me. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they even remember me now. There’s no long wait for either collection or delivery. I’d like to send my compliments to Anuj, who is always punctual with deliveries and provides excellent customer service.
I've visited Pizza Hut in Innaloo, and I must say, both their food and service are outstanding. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, often remembering my usual orders, including any special requests. This level of personalized service is quite rare these days. For dinner, the prices are very reasonable, typically ranging from $1 to $20 per person.
This is a shoutout to the wonderful young delivery driver who brought me my pizza. You were incredibly polite, speedy, and friendly. I also want to thank the kitchen staff for preparing my order correctly and promptly, as well as the manager for hiring such great people.
