I was hesitant to try Pizza Hut after reading many reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The service, food, and cleanliness of the restaurant were all top-notch. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut as the management and staff clearly take great care of the place. The food was hot, fresh, and the pizza was perfectly crispy. The restaurant and its facilities were immaculately clean, including the toilets and salad bar. I couldn't find a single fault with my visit and would highly recommend it.
We had a reservation for my daughter's 9th birthday at a restaurant. We were concerned about being late, but we called ahead and they assured us they would hold the table. When we arrived, a very friendly and customer-focused girl named Amelia greeted us and made my daughter feel comfortable, as she tends to get nervous eating out. The table service was exceptional and she made my daughter's birthday the best. Amelia is a true asset to the restaurant. Thank you to Amelia and all the staff at Pizza Hut.
The staff was extremely helpful and the pizza was even better than I had anticipated. The team handled our large group of 15 people very well. However, I am deducting a star because the restaurant's pedestrian access is not ideal - it seems like they assume everyone will arrive by car.
