Today I placed an order for two pizzas for around €20. This order placed around 9:00 p.m. has been BEING DELIVERED since... 10:53 p.m. NOTHING. I call the restaurant it is not under... whose responsibility? The manager? The employee? Who was on the phone? A rude person for sure. So Maybe it’s mine?! This disgusts me with so much bad faith and negligence. Your pizzas may be good, but the customer service IS DEplorable. You have definitely lost a customer. Your delivery partner will also have the same story regarding this story.
It's really not good and it's really slow, we waited 40 minutes for only 1 pizza it's unacceptable.I don't advise everyone to go even able to make a pizza properly and the speaker doesn't feel good.I'm absolutely disappointed by this place.
We just ordered about ten pizzas just now. The gentlemen forgot a pizza and charged us 5 euros more. The honey goat without honey... a scam.
