Waitress was very friendly. But ordered a specialty pizza for the buffet. She came out apologized that they had made the wrong pizza and they were putting a new one in for me. She came to check on us and had thought they had already brought my pizza to me (due to her as being the only waitress in the restaurant) and they hadn't. Do to the cooks 45 mins later she brings it to me and it's ice cold. The cooks had put it with delivery not buffet. Not the waitresses fault but very unhappy with our experience.
When I returned home with my pizza, it was incorrect. I tried to reach headquarters but found the line busy. I called the store again and spoke with a different manager, who insisted that no one named Penny had ever spoken to me. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I was treated poorly, overcharged, received the wrong order, and it felt like no one cared at all. I will definitely warn others about this terrible establishment. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
This is a great pizza place and buffet. The bbq chicken pizza is awesome and worth a try. The employees are very nice and treat the customers with respect and treat the customers as customers and not a dollar sign. I highly recommend this establishment, if you are wanting pizza give them a try I promise you will not regret it. My party eats lunch there at least twice a week and have had no problems or issues and we love it.
Our server was fantastic. She really made our 18-year-old autistic son’s wish come true. She was incredibly kind and attentive, and never showed any frustration with our younger children. Her smile was always bright and welcoming. When we were leaving, our little girl even ran up to give her a hug. If someone is this amazing, it deserves to be shared. Ordered the Supreme max pizza, thick crust. What I got was a paper thin crust, with really bad toppings and if this is double cheese I think the regular cheese must be nearly nonexistent! Terrible pizza! If I hadn't been starving for dinner I would not have even eaten it at all Way over priced!
This is an excellent place for high-quality pizza. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were reasonable. The ambiance reminded me of a restaurant I enjoyed in Fort Worth.
Food is good as always and they are taking the necessary precautions to make it safe as possible. If you eat the buffet make sure to get the plastic gloves!
