The service at this restaurant was unacceptable. I ordered a pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, which was fine. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told that the pizza had been given away to someone else. The clerk seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and simply said that they didn't know what happened to my order. I was then offered a new pizza, but was told it would take another 20 to 25 minutes, with no apologies or explanation. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope they can learn from this experience and improve in the future.
I went to this restaurant for breakfast and asked the staff behind the counter about a menu item. The person just shrugged and seemed unhelpful. It felt like I was getting no assistance at all. I ended up leaving and going to Dunkin Donuts across the street instead. Kosher restaurants may not always have the best reputation, but this place truly fell short with subpar food, terrible service, and prices that were much higher compared to non-kosher establishments. It wasn't worth the hassle. I hope the owner(s) read this review and make the needed improvements, especially in training their staff better.
So, I weekly buy 3 sesame bagels from this Pizza place and normally without issue. Monday the cashier rang up my order and I gave her $10 bill. She asked me did I have another. I told her no and she called the owner/manager who proceeded to hold the bill up to the light. He then called another person to look at the bill. So, after 3 people it was decided that the bill was not counterfeit. I had been a customer for over a year and I was humiliated. No one gave an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. I will not frequent this establishment again.
I would’ve gave it a higher rating but this is why it’s low so the delivery was on time ok the guy comes I open the door I take it as soon as I take it he steps more than a foot to my house witch got me so mad and started to look around for like 3 seconds I didn’t wanna say anything but I have cameras and I have proof he was wearing a light blue shirt black cap glasses height tall black beard and this just shocked a delivery person has no right to just step a foot in your house it got me really ANGRY!! That is so unfortunate how this place is only getting worse. This is not first time I order and not happy when I come come with my order. I’ve been going there for years and see this place decreased in service/food is very unfortunate. Only prices keep going up. This is cream cheese toasted bagel they gave me today. Pizza also most of the time is very greasy and thick bread. Very upsetting.
I was informed over the phone by one of the employees, Roberto, that the rice balls are heated in the microwave, not in the brick oven as they should be. He was not very clear about this. Unfortunately, I have to give a rating of 0 due to his rude attitude and argumentative behavior towards me, as if I don't know how Italian food should be prepared.
Called in advance to get pizza delivered to my kid’s daycare for a birthday party. Pizza came 1 hour late and was ice cold. Driver also asked for a tip even though we tipped by card in advance. The ‘manager’ Arthur was also useless had nothing to say other than the driver doesnt speak english. 0/0 would not recommend
Ordered 2 pies, have never seen such an ugly pizza pies, half a pie looked weird, chunks of melted cheese separated from the dough part, and it's on both pies. Please check in front of them before you pick up. Pies are placed right on the carton box, no white paper under, very unprofessional and sloppy.... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great cosher pizza. Crust was baked properly good, without wet spots. A plenty of topping create a good impression. One of the few places that are open on public holidays. In general, they were very satisfied. Keep it up.
