In the beginning of the month I came here to order the Jefe special. When getting the order it all seemed to be correct. guess on the one hand I should've checked if it was indeed correct. I got home and realized it was chicken Alfredo pizzas Now coming home and giving that to teenagers you can only imagine. No one wanted to eat that. I called and I spoke to Dylan which said he was so sorry and honestly had great customer service. Due to the fact that I don't live close he said I would be refunded. I called two days later and spoke to a Douglas I got some attitude and he stated he wouldn't be able to refund me unless I showed up. I work full time and have to deal with my own things I can't j...
This is my most visited and used pizza place, in the years I saw how the changes in the pizza place took place. It is one of my favorite pizzas and they usually have the best offers for pizza! Although this special location is smaller than some others, they always get the job done and the deliveries are made on time!
So far we like these places food and service. Give a 4, because they just need a little more conversation with customers. Friendly, but somehow calm. Just have the pizza, but they have a variety in their menu! Pizza is always delicious.
They left me on hold and now I've tried calling back it's just busy... They hung up on me and now just a busy signal on phone, I never had a problem with this pizza ???? patron.....
