Tonight was the last straw - I will never again order from this Pizza Pizza location. Unless it changes ownership or becomes a corporate run store. Tonight we decided to splurge even though we really shouldn't have spent the money. We ordered a deal with a large single topping pizza and 3 drinks. I added one garlic dipping sauce and claimed a second at the checkout that I had won on the mobile app the last time we ordered. After placing my order, the timer told me my order was guaranteed to be there in 40 minutes and helpfully counted the time down for me.The pizza arrived 15 minutes after the counter had stopped counting down from 40 minutes. I called Pizza pizza to place an order for a extra large pizza. To order the pizza to my house it was $8.50. I decided after talking an employee on the phone for over 10 minutes not to order the pizza because of this delivery fee. I did not order the pizza. The delivery man however called me over an hour later and said he was having an issue with finding my house. I said I did not order a pizza because the delivery was $8.50. He was very upset and got off the phone with me. He called me back and said I am just calling to say you obviously have nothing better to do then assault pizza pizza. I tried to reply to him and he hung up. Soon after I called pizza pizza to inform them of what happened...
So I went to Pizza Pizza in belleville Ontario. I'm not a fan of pizza pizza but I thought well I'll give it a try because they have the cheaper pizza. I ordered a large pizza extra sauce thin crust and toppings were one half pepperoni 1/2 New York pepperoni one half onions one half olives sausage and bacon. The crust was really thick and the pizza was very dry. There was very little flavor and big on the pizza that were not covered with cheese. I did not know this till I got home and it was too late to return. As always I was very disappointed with the pizza
When I called back today to ask why the pizza never arrived, I was told that they had tried to call me and when I didn't answer, they didn't come to the door. I was waiting by the door the whole time, not checking my phone, and no attempt was made to knock on the door. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was blamed for not answering the phone call. It is frustrating to lose a loyal customer over a missed delivery of one large pizza.
Its really disappointing that i just got pizza after waiting 40 minutes. I was waiting from 25 minutes outside the door and then the call and said we don't have butter chicken sauce. After that i said make it with regular. Each and everything i told then like 2-3 times on call but they did not make it welldone as I already told to do so. Even though the veggies were not cooked properly. Even the toppings are not properly distributed on pizza.
What family doesn't enjoy pizza? We have tried about 4 of the various ones here in Belleville. This one we go to about twice a year. Its fresh, good combos of ingredients and the various crust styles are delicious. Due to its location I don't believe it gets the traffic it should to be honest.
A pizza should have at least a decent crust, never mind the toppings you choose. We've ordered several times from PizzaPizza and either have gotten a mushy crust or the whole pizza was tasteless. We've given up on this location. Back to Little Caesars!
Has definitely gone downhill in the past couple of years. I order anywhere else I can if I can. It only gets two stars because of the funnel cake stix.
