Went in for a quick bite but didn't happen. Ordered a piece of pizza, lasagna and onion rings. The burnt pizza came first within about 10 minutes of ordering. The guy behind the counter forgot it was in the oven heating up. After 24 minutes of waiting in a near empty restaurant my daughter went up to the counter to ask where the rest of the food was. The guy on the oven said he'd just put the lasagna in to heat (premade in a pan that just needed to heat up) and the same counter guy RAN to the freezer to get the onion rings that he had forgotten to put into the fryer because he had been playing on his phone right in front of us for the past 24 minutes. I wouldn't normally go out of my way to submit a review for fast food, but the customer service received tonight from the lady with the glasses at this branch was abysmal. After waiting over 20 mins for 2 slices of pizza I was forced to follow up my order with her colleague as she went AWOL for about 10 mins. Upon her return and realizing that she had forgotten my order she muttered something to her colleague in French and smirked. Received the slices from her fair hand shortly afterwards with no apology and a wry smile on her face. After a long day at the Gift show and my last night. After I had problems at St-Huberts, I went to Pizza Pizza on Ste-Catherine Street. I told the girl a Vegie Pizza and I made it very clear to her that I wanted a Vegi Pizza. When I got back home to eat the pizza I was shocked that she put meat on my pizza, as she was the one that made it for me. Also the place was kind of messy and table and chairs wobble abit. She could barley speak English also.Montreal has gotten worse since last year.Montreal is my Home but I wish the Restaurants hire people that speak English also.
I can only describe how the pizza tastes like a pizza from the night before warming up, but not enough. it cheap for a disc, dive and dose drink plus control) but does not taste good. Talk about a great service - we ordered delivery to our hotel (Le Crystal Hotel) around 9:30pm EST and they were at our room in less than 30 minutes. they have seats in free, and it can be overcrowded so that a reservation is a good idea. when we were there, it was to float, but the service was still good. we had good caesar salads, brot and pizzas (a chicken pesto and the other a traditional pepperoni). it was all delicious. we also have a good cannoli.
in montreal with the youngs for nights....ordered three times from pizza....pizzas always made right, a box of sides (chicken nuggets, wings, jalpano poppers and tweebel rings) were well received by the youngs. service was prompt and everything was positiw.
habs weekend with the boys....pizza on both saturday and sunday....from a budget pizza standpoint, all was positive....wings were good also....pickup orders ready in minutes or so....friendly counter help....all positive....

an online order. they delivered minutes too late and the wrong person. never order from here again. was a total waste of time and money.
Delivery was quick. Pizza lacked cheese, but had lots of pepperoni. Late hours and delivery a plus! Prices were reasonable.
