Super pizza in meat and fresh cream I enjoyed the taste of Italy. To have tested the different pizzerias of Castelnaudary, without denigrating the other pizzaiolos, I find it the best pizzas. The dough is creamy, neither too thin nor too big. The amount of condiments is just enough for eating well. Cooking is very well managed, even after 10/15 minutes drive to my home. Pizzas are a little more expensive but the difference is really worth the coup/cost because they are really good. Her parsillade is a marvel
