My husband called to place an order and the guy that answered to take the order was extremely rude! We ignored the first rudeness then we went on to order and the guy continued to give attitude and rudeness, I no longer wanted to place the orderanymore and advised my husband to hang up.. I called back from my phone and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, thegirl that answered advised me that it was the owner that we initially spoke with, I was absolutely in disbelief after hearingthat it was the owner giving such rudeness to a customer! I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was awful. I specifically ordered my meal without peppers, but they added them anyway. When I brought it to their attention, they argued with me, insisting that I had requested the peppers. After some back and forth, they finally acknowledged that I hadn’t wanted them. The person who took my order was quite rude throughout the exchange. When I'm spending my money at a restaurant, I expect to receive my order exactly as I requested. That's the bottom line.
I am still feeling full and impressed by my cheese steak from Thursday night, and I just had another one today (Saturday). I ordered it with extra mayo, cheese, lettuce, and marinated onions. Additionally, our order arrived super quickly. It was so fast that my mom and I joked it might have been a mistake since we were expecting to wait another 30 minutes. They were preparing the food while my mom was placing the order. This has definitely become our go-to spot in the 19119!

I ordered a cheesesteak with specific toppings, but none of them were included. When I brought it up, the manager argued with me, claiming the cook had added everything I requested, which was clearly not true. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never order from Pizza Steak Master again.
I started ordering from here everyday because the cooks make great tasting dishes. However, since there online price's are now higher than most neighborhood restaurants I refuse to order. This is a pizza store not a restaurant! Who on earth charges almost $20 for a burger or a chicken sandwich or $30 for a pizza.
I placed an order for pickup through Grubhub, but when I arrived, my food hadn’t even been started! The woman on the phone was very rude, and the customer service was terrible. They will never get my business again!
The food is good mostly. I've had a few issues. One constant issue was that they didn't always cut the pizza into full slices. Now they don't deliver at my apt complex that is 5 blocks away.
