The grade is mostly for the lack of respect. In fact disrespect deserves -29 stars and that's still too generous. The owners or the (men on site) are im...sorry(clearing throat) very mean, impatient and totally disrespectful people. Complete lack of respect for customers. But what is most annoying is the lack of respect for their little employees. Yes yes, young people paid below the table. In any case, if at least you didn't tell them any inappropriate comments, the $8 an hour would already be less painful. I had a great experience at this restaurant. I was in the mood for pizza, and a friend suggested it to me. The delivery times were quite reasonable, even with the snow. The prices are better than many other pizza places, and the fries are fantastic, especially if you enjoy them crispy. The pizza was good as well. We ordered the 2-for-1 deal: the Mexican pizza was great, although we would have preferred red onions instead of white ones. For the second pizza, I would have liked more mushrooms, and the green olives had an odd taste. Overall, I definitely recommend this place!
I order from here frequently because the pizza is really good. Unfortunately, the owner or whoever answered the phone was extremely rude. They didn't even let my wife finish placing the order and said she was holding up the line. It's disappointing to experience such a lack of respect. I won’t be coming here again.

Terrible customer service. I ordered poutine and received fries instead. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone insisted that I never ordered poutine and even argued with me. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! When a customer reaches out, you should be providing better service, not implying they should have called earlier. I’m canceling my order and choosing to go with Champion instead!
We waited for one hour, during which our order was messed up, and then we had to wait another hour. So it took a total of two hours. The service was extremely rude, and the pizza wasn’t even good.
