As a pizza lover, I tried a calzione this evening and!!!!! It's been ages since I've had pizza this good. A soft and crispy pastry at the same time, a hearty filling without too much so as not to be disgusting, and an egg I can't tell you... A white cooked to perfection and a yolk running through the filling. I'm not telling you it's delicious!!!! Thanks to the cook it was a treat!!!!!
