I can understand that it is a difficult service to manage (rush, lack of personnel, unforeseen etc), that is why I did not take it into account the first time. The problem is that 90% of my other orders were between 30 and 45 minutes late! Apart from lukewarm pizza I didn't even have an excuse from the delivery man, or from the person called on the phone to make sure that I was not forgotten. Very good very friendly pizza and a lot of choice on the card no delivery for us but deadlines to prepare respect. We're thrilled he's changed neighborhood.
