Pizzas are prepared on platinum. We love or we don't like but tradition is a direct cooking on room; on platinum pizzas crunch less but it's faster to prepare so it's good for business. When you know that Zio became Dio and owns several establishments, nothing surprising. Coté hygiene is neglected. Tonight we are in deconfinement but with necessary barrier gestures and precautionary measures. The overweight pizzaiolo welcomes us without a mask (me and my companion were equipped with it). Both passbookers put one when they saw us in the establishment.
