Pizza itself is delicious, but it 's overpriced for what it is and their service can be pretty awful which often ruins the experience. Because it 's essentially a group of high guys making your food (smoking literally around the corner of the shop) half the time your ticket won 't be logged or your pizza might not be cooked properly. When it works it 's great, but their service is non existent. Not even a sorry for not logging my order and making me wait an extra 10 mins while they finally put it through. It 's not the biggest inconvenience in the world but I hate the attitude a simple 'sorry about this ' goes a long way, instead I wasn 't even told directly my order wasn 't put in, this was...
Ordered over the ‘phone and picked them up fifteen minutes later. At around 6.30 on. Saturday night they were getting busy and you could tell the staff were gearing up for a demanding evening. Vesuvius is great but very few ingredients alongside a Marguerite with even fewer. £23 seems extortionate when for the same price less than half a mile away you’d get a better experience at Pizza Express at the Marina. But you’d have to drive, get a bus etc so maybe you’re paying for the local convenience. I’ll continue to support them but hope the pizza topppings become more generous. Okay-ish to good pizza, depending on variety. Overpriced though. The meaty pizza was once very meaty 3 or 4 more years ago, and I frequently treated myself every month; but much less these last few years, so now months go between ordering, and I may now go elsewhere. I'd really rather places charged more rather than reduce quality, but these pizzas are already pretty pricey. Nice coleslaw though. Staff have been friendly, and service was reasonably quick, so mediocre rating not their fault.
I really have to hand it to the team at Pizza Face Kemptown. They are a hardworking bunch of legends, knocking out beautifully fresh, hot delicious pizzas every day, but on this particular day, in 40mph winds and heavy rain, they really aced it! My pizza was delicious, margherita with extra basil and garlic. I’m very lucky to live so close. You’re a gem Pizzaface- from a very grateful customer

The pizza is delicious, but unfortunately they sell a 'Gluten Free ' pizza with some sort of stupid disclaimer which is very much not gluten free. We ordered as takeaway. Take the gluten free tag off or change your approach before you harm any more coeliacs... Wouldn 't bother to leave a comment usually but they show up when you search for 'gluten free restaurants ' so felt it necessary!
We had an office pizza lunch today and ordered 44 pizzas they were ready in 1 hour and were delicious! The whole office enjoyed their lunch so grateful to Pizzaface for such a fast turnaround will definitely order from them next time. The vegans were happy and the gluten free all the pizzas were so fresh and very tasty. Thank you!
I am half Italian so fussy about pizza , I moved from elm grove area of Brighton to Kemptown about a year ago, I have had pizza from here before and completely forgot it was 5 min walk from me, I was very hungover and hungry , I had the Holy cheese pizza it was tasty , not up to Naples standard but still vey good
I order online and when I went there to pick up they didn’t prepared the pizza,They said to me they didn’t receive the order they told me there is a glitch in the app. Ridiculous do not order at this place.They don’t have a curtesy to offer you a free drink for inconvenience. I would never recommend

Pizzaface were really quick and helpful with sorting an order out after a small mistake the chefs are clearly top notch and the pizza was amazing! The delivery man was lovely too, and kind enough to wait a moment for us to get home all round fantastic service!
This place is awesome! The staff is really helpful and very welcoming! Pizzaface really fits in Brighton! The pizzas were fresh and really tasty! I will be definitely back! Keep up the great work guys!
