We used to love love love this place. My kid would chow down almost an entire plate of chicken& broccoli rigatoni. But for some reason they decided to add hot pepper flakes in the recipe, we ordered again without knowing and my 3yo could not tolerate the heat. Not a problem that time, we knew what to expect next time. For the next 3 times we?ve ordered this dish, after strongly emphasizing NO PEPPER FLAKES, and being reassured that there isn?t any in the recipe. We got it with spicy pepper flakes 3 out of 3 times. Todd the mgr. and Brianna the assistant mgr. and Damien the delivery person are all great. I had a problem with one of my orders and Todd said, please let me do it on you. I don't live in the area yet, but I visited family. He made sure to post a note on the bulletin board and said we will not replace your order at any additional cost for you, just call when you are back in the area. I did it, and Brianna did it. The spaghetti sausage paprika is to THE FOR!! The pizza is also great. Damien is so pleasant and respectful and we had a delicious dinner. I can't wait until I get to the area to order more great food from them.
Usually the pizza has never got a problem here. Tonight the food was terrible. We spent over $30 and I'm just not happy. Everything was boiled. The garlic knots were cold and very dry in the middle. The pizza was also dry and it seemed like she poured a pound of cheese on it. The pizza was cut awfully. The waitress was nice and asked if we wanted to pick up everything, but we already waited 30 for undercooked food, we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. No manager to talk to or nothing. I hope if they go there new location there kitchen gets it together.
3.5 stars. Unfortunately no authentic Italian place at all, but good for Americans likely. Menu ' shows it. The pizza al Taglio we got, called Siciliana, had a lot of garlic that ruined it. The execution of the pizza was good, but, coming feom Sicily itself, without all this amount of garlic, it would have been good.
