visited on a Monday evening that is very quiet. we had bravely somewhere else, so just went for a pizza. we were the only people, and the chef shot from bar stool, formed pizza dough and got the pizza right in the huge pizza oven. pizzas were ready in minutes, beautiful and thin and crispy. the tomato base sauce was a little tasteless and watery. only other criticism is that my wife had red wine and it was bad quality and very cold (and although some red wines are served beautifully cooled, this was not one of them! total bill for 2 pizzen, a beer, a glass red and 10% tip was £16 euro. snug! if I found myself back in santa brigida and find a pizza, then I would not return to this place.
