Pizzeria Don Camillo

I shared a pizza with my boy age 11, as one each would have been a big waste. The waitress was quite happy and brought a separate plate and cutlery for my boy. There was plenty for the two of us. I have eaten tastier pizzas, but this was very good, nonetheless. I 'd go back and I 'd recommend to others. Service was very quick and the traditional woodfire is there for all to see where the pizzas are cooked. I paid 9,60 for one 'Au fromage chevre ' with added honey. Excellent value for money!

Recommended by our hotel we went to get some dinner at this pizzeria about 45 minutes before they closed Looks nice enough from the outside, on entering half the tables are occupied, and the rest free, some without the plates from the previous service having been collected. When we asked for a table we were told they are all busy. What about these we asked? Reserved? All of them? All of them! Obviously they just didn't want to serve any more dinners that night, especially to foreigners.

Pizza served cold. The Cheese was all wrong. The Pizza Margarita that I ordered in no way resembled what I was served. The tomatoes were not ripe. The crust was tasteless. I couldn't believe how bad this whole experience was.

The best pizzas and French fries in the region, plus warm, friendly staff. Vegetarian friendly menu and willing to alter the contents of pasta dishes to make them vegetarian. I love this restaurant!

Great delicious food, wonderful staff. Best pizza and best chips (fries) in Oloron and in fact in the whole of region 64! Highly recommend this restaurant. They're vegetarian friendly too.
