a reading of the praiseworthy opinions and to make an idea, I ordered one to the holy jacques / shrimps and a more traditional basquaise with raw ham. Both in small format. disappointment for the two concerning the trim: 6 tiny holy jacques and a small handful of riquired shrimp on one, a few drops of ham dried on the other. On the other hand, the dough is good and the sauce (clopping) very successful. but not enough, in my opinion, to properly treat guests. A little more copious, these pizzas would probably be recommended.
