Not the warmest welcome ever, only a suspicion of a smile, but we overcame that fast. The restaurant is cozy but the tables are a little bit crowded. We took pizzas, as we had heard magnificent review but to be honest, we were not amused. The ingredients were definitely fresh and tasty but the base of the pizza was quite hard. Not crispy, not burned, just hard. It required quite some effort with the knife, and the feeling in the mouth was bizarre for a pizza.I can see that no one else has commented on that so perhaps we just happened to be there on a bad day? We thought that perhaps the pizza dough is gluten free or something. Could be the case, I don't know, but I don't believe we will visi...
Die Qualität der Zutaten (bio/regional) ist hervorragend. Die regionalen Zutaten können im Garten der Familie Vitalini bewundert werden. Auch der Service ist erstklassig und sehr zu empfehlen! Hier kann man sich bei einem Event mit Vitaminen stärken! Ob spannende Unterhaltung mit dem Koch über Fliegen, Fotografieren oder Nachhaltigkeit.
Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir heute dort gegessen, aber waren mit dem Service sehr unzufrieden. Die Bedienung war unhöflich und schnippisch, die Pizza schmeckte nach nichts und die Zutaten fehlten. Der Teig war hart und das Messer schnitt nicht richtig. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
