The food is good here and the service very efficient and friendly. The staff will speak to you in English if you are struggling but will speak to you in French if you are making an effort. Food was really nice here and I had an excellent main course I had never tried before (which was nice for an Italian as I have usually tried everything on an Italian restaurant menu). Good wine and food at a reasonable price. Not the best location but a good choice if you want to eat Italian in Robion.
We chose this restaurant as we were staying nearby but I would have preferred to cook at home. The patio is set down below the road so is a little claustrophobic. The food was quite tasty. Most had pizzas but my husband had the chicken with peppers and pasta which he said was good. The host was a little charmless.
This is a simple Italian restaurant in not the most charming village in the south of France. But the care behind the restaurant is evident. The waiter was charming, knowledgeable and nice. The pizzas were well made with a great crust. We had a v. nice time. A good choice for when you don't wish white tablecloths.
Called in for lunch towards the end of our holiday and wished we had tried earlier. The food and service was great but unfortunately we could not manage the deserts. evening meal after a sports meeting. reception sober. We didn't know the cooked menu: potato salad, followed by a pork toy with a slice of dauphinois and dessert gratin, a chocolate cake. everything was excellent and very copied: a mention for meat (founder) and gratin. A good surprise!
Superb. Vegetable pizza with huge dollops of cheese of top. Real fresh tasting vanilla ice cream. Coffee. Limoncello. Next night lobster ravioli. Panettone. Coffee. Limoncello. Went almost every night in town. So fresh. A palette of subtle flavors in each bite.
Initially we were hesitant to go here because it was described as a pizzeria. However are we ever glad we did and, in fact, returned the following day. This is the best dining option in Rubion. The staff is wonderful. We had an absolutely delightful time

I think it has changed hands, we have been at least five times previously, and did not recognize anyone. Service and food average,we will not be returning.
