Pizzeria La Toscane

After a good hike on Sunday afternoon, we had the crocs on our way back to Millau. Not from the corner, our choice of pizzeria quickly stopped on Tuscany, the name makes you want, and we were not disappointed! We were welcomed and advised by the lady and ordered 2 pizzas to take away, the Margherita and the Burrata. The pizzaiolo at work in the back announces that there is no more rocket salad: ... no logical replacement proposal, because I don't see how we could replace the rocket but an honest 50 centime discount on the price. Finally, 30 minutes later, at the pizza reception, he told me that he left the rocket, but in doubt he would prevent a potential rupture. Very honest. A very commerc...
