In addition to the very good ingredients, I think the quality of the dough is essential. And then we think we have to make a real pizzaiolo and not someone who improvises, unlike the former owners! Very nice and very professional staff at the same time, some pizza with very original but well mastered recipes, some homemade desserts. The room is in a simple and warm style. Ah and there's a cute little carlin. Living in Messanges I will continue to go there regularly!
Such a good pizza is rare to find. Pasta is light and baked in the wood oven. The staff is kind and professional. Big pizza!
