Am Freitag, den 26. Juli 2024, gegen 19:15 Uhr, entschieden wir uns zu dritt für die „Pizzeria Snackbar Restaurant Ciao Ciao“, auch wegen der guten Lage. Unsere Erwartungen an ein italienisches Restaurant wurden jedoch weder in Bezug auf die Küche, noch auf den Service oder das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erfüllt. Ein Grund dafür war, dass der Kellner die Trinkgläser mit den Fingern innen anfasste – genau dort, wo man normalerweise mit dem Mund trinkt. Die von uns bestellten „Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße“ für 12,00 € waren lieblos zubereitet, leider nicht al dente und schmeckten, als kämen sie aus der Dose. The bad reviews are absolutely incomprehensible to me and simply outrageous. We were here this evening on September 13th, 2024, the restaurant was well attended, the waiter greeted us in a friendly manner, accompanied us to the table, the order was placed a short time later, drinks came very quickly, the food followed a little later, food and drinks were very good and plenty, something to please the eye, hot and fresh, payment was quick in cash of course, because only cash is commodity. Everything was very clean and tidy, nice friendly staff, we really liked it here. We can only recommend this place with all our hearts.
Visit: August 17th 18:30 We were hungry and didn't want to look around much, so we accepted the standard we got, which was a little below average. Cappuccino was more milky latte. Tiramisu was an overly sugary lump of buttery cream with a slight cocoa taste, pizza was small, dinner plate sized, fat crust, but quite thin bottom, marinara was a thin and almost tasteless smear of tomato sauce, prosciutto tasted more like conserve ham, paid 25 euros (cash accepted exclusively), coffee was nice, service was friendly and genial.
We were there with 6 people. The pizzas were very tasty, we all enjoyed them very much and the pasta salad were also delicious. We didn't have to wait long for drinks and food, even though the restaurant was almost completely full. Priced totally fair. Nice atmosphere, fast and good service. The staff is very attentive, friendly and always available to help without being intrusive. You can tell that people work here who love their work. We will definitely come back.

Die Pizza war gut, mehr aber auch nicht. Der Kellner schien sehr freundlich zu sein, das übrige Personal wirkte jedoch äußerst genervt. Der Teller wurde sofort nach dem Essen weggeschnappt. Vor dem Restaurant ist offenbar ein Kind gestürzt und stand mit blutender Kopfverletzung direkt davor – Hilfe kam keine. Es ist schlimm, dass der Vater damit allein gelassen wurde. Wir haben sofort eingegriffen und Unterstützung geleistet.
Waitress completely overwhelmed. We were there shortly after 11 a.m. because our children eat lunch early. As soon as we sat down, we were told that the food couldn't be ordered for another 15 minutes. The trainee sat at the next table and folded pizza boxes, overall it was quite a hustle and bustle and you didn't feel welcome. The food was warmed up and the cannelloni was hard. “Amore” is missing
Unfortunately, the stressful mood of the staff is passed on to the guests and the entire restaurant; in the evening it's a matter of one thing at a time, or in other words, mass processing. Still not offering EC/credit card payments in 2024 is also a no go. The only plus the pizza was really good.
Sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant. Das Café ist hervorragend. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre und Service. Ich komme hier seit mehreren Jahren immer wieder gerne her.

You can do it but you don't have to. Food was good, but nothing more. The view is beautiful, the waiters are quick and friendly. The drinks are completely overpriced.
The staff is super friendly. The lack of card payment is not so nice.
