Went there for lunch on a rainy day with my family and it was an absolute highlight. Not only did they have a menu with pictures for the kids, but also the pizza we had was excellent value for money. Rustic interior and lovely decorations. Seating in the 'Grotto' or outside in the sunny courtyard (if sun is shining) is just splendid. The best tiramisu we had in a long time, well done, grazie!
We came by to have dinner on our daughters birthday and after waiting for an hour and a half, 2 pizzas came with the wrong ingredients. In the end we only had 3 instead of four, they couldn't even care to give us a spare plate. One of the wrong pizzas they just scraped of the wrong ingredients and served it again (cold).Worst service ever - and the place wasn't even full.
on Sunday evening on the way back to train. while the restaurant was not full, it took more than an hour to get our pizza. pizza was ok, just ok and the total service was unacceptable, too slow, not enough staff. (they were nice, but overloaded), too greedy from the owner, not organized. it may have been exceptional, but our experience this day was not good. so sad.
The best pizza i've had for a long tome :) Its right near the train station that means this restaurant is really central. The peoples in there where very politely. I think its one of the best restaurants in Flüelen. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Wir haben hier eine schöne Pizza gegessen. große Auswahl an Pizza, Pasta und vielem mehr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall für ein italienisches Essen empfehlen.
Das Essen war großartig und die Atmosphäre war warm und hilfsbereit. Wir nutzen das Restaurant als eines der wenigen in Fluelen während eines einwöchigen Aufenthalts im Hotel Sternen
I visit this place frequently and it's always good. Last Friday with 4 friends we had some great pizzas after a meeting. As usual friendly service and good food.
