Upper freshly cooked fish from the coast. St wanted something not too heavy as hot. I asked for fresh sardines even though not on the menu and they cooked 9 large es which were really good. My partner had Rey large crevettes, again really lightly cooked, plump and tasty. Don’t be caught out though, I asked for a bit of salad on the same plate. They brought a full avocado and tuna salad, which I had to send back. The young waiter was fine about it really.
We only stopped in for a couple of pints of draft Amstels €3 each. All the restaurants here offer seafood, tapas, paellas and all a tad pricier than most of the spots in Pto Del Carmen or Arrecife about on par with Papagayo. You really cannot beat the location of this one! Literally can step onto the beach from the ocean side deck area. Definitely make time for a stop here when exploring the south coast.
Have reviewed this place before and nothing has changed , it is a lovely place to enjoy your meal and or refreshment . Situated looking west you can enjoy an evening meal sharing the joys of one of best places for gorgeous sunset . A short 20 minute drive from Playa Blanca so easily accessible.
Only stopped for a coffee and cake but sitting looking right out on the sea was just divine. And the man and young lady who served us were very pleasant. Can’t vouch for the food but location and ambience are to die for. Give it a go next time you’re in El Golfo. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was disappointing the mixed tapas seemed felt low quality and the soup was bland. There was a very slow service despite being only a few guests by the time we ate too. This is a lovely location and staff were nice so hope they can improve their offering.
We spent a lazy lunchtime at this lovely restaurant. The situation watching the waves breaking over the rocks couldn't be beaten. The fish soup and mixed fish tapas were most tasty. Thomas the owner was a most charming and gracious host. Highly recommended.
Solo fuimos a por una cerveza y una coca cola para llevar y no nos pusieron ningún problema aunque estaban sirviendo cenas. Cosa que en el bar de al lado que nos pillaba primero conforme aparcamos el coche no nos quisieron servir porque solo querían cenas.
Visited this lovely place with the most beautiful view. My husband had the seafood platter which he said was delicious and very fresh, large portion too. I had chicken breast and chips which was also delicious. Friendly service in an idyllic location Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Great place for dinner or coffee overlooking the ocean. Seemed authentic which cannot be said for some! Good service clean loos.
