Worse sushi I have ever eaten in the entire world! Horrible quality. It was a takr away, when I came to hotel, ı ve seen the sushi ı ve ordered was deffinitely from yesterday, if not the day before. I am not too picky when it comes to sushi, ı eat pretty much anything and ı like most of the time what I eat. But this was a disaster! Shame on planet sushi to allow that quality... ı tried it before in Nice and it was really good! Nothing alike this disquasting shame...
I love this chain and very surprised to see the bad reviews as I've very much enjoy their sushi and the concept behind it which is very innovative. I generally have take out but have eaten on premises from time to time. One might have a point about the French style or lack of customer service. However foreigners don't always appreciate the European style of dining so there could be a mismatch with respect to expectations.
When we entered the restaurant the person in charge was busy on the personal phone and she didn’t welcoming us we waited for twenty minutes During these twenty minutes, the person did not pay any attention or even let us set She was walking around in and out and talking on the phone Twenty minutes later, we came out and thanked hair and she didn't even answer.
IN-f ing-CAPABLE of getting an order correct! BUT yeah, that 's typical service in this neck of the woods. Can 't even put the right sauces in the bag. Oh but wait, I forgot... Toto we 're not in America anymore, customer service in France is seriously lacking!! So much so that the French don 't know how to define the concept of true customer service . I always get a delivery of Planet Sushi when I’m working in France. Quite a lot of choice for vegans and the food is freshly prepared. I normally go for a seaweed salad, soya beans, miso soup and avocado sushi. Always delicious! Updated from previous review on 2018-08-10
personal staff very nice listen the waitress was adorable. Quick service. The makis were very good and very fresh. small flat the size because in comparison with other planet sushi c was a little smaller. but still very satisfied.
The vegan options are cleary labeled and there is a good variety. I tried the vegan bowl, which I really liked.
