I have been ordering from Eat Sushi Maisons-Laffitte for several years. The salmon chirashi is my favorite dish and it is prepared with care, with a perfect balance of fish and rice, which is not the case in other restaurants. Cheap enough compared to other Japanese. Error on the order: if we hadn't checked, it was 2 dishes missing...not very serious. The error has been fixed but good, if you have to check each time.
