Planet Wings in White Plains recently changed ownership, and honestly, it feels like the new management either doesn’t know what they’re doing or is intentionally running the place into the ground. Before the change, my wings were always fresh, but now it seems like they’ve been sitting out all night. I never had issues communicating my order before, but now my orders are frequently wrong—I ask for spicy wings with blue cheese and get ranch, or I order regular fries and receive curly fries. It’s annoying but somewhat bearable since it never happened before.

I had a terrible experience with my food order! The wings were the smallest I've ever encountered, with barely any meat on the tiny bones. The fries were undercooked and soggy. I paid $32 for this meal, and when I called the restaurant to share my concerns, I felt dismissed. I will certainly not be ordering from here again!
I recently found this restaurant that's conveniently close to my home. They have the best wings and an impressive selection of sauces to choose from, as well as a variety of sides to enhance your meal. The staff is also really friendly! Be sure to try the white chocolate and macadamia cookies—they're truly delicious!
The delivery experience was quite disappointing. I ordered four sets of six wings each to sample all the different sauces, but unfortunately, all the wings were dry. They either had no sauce at all or came with the sauce on the side. To make matters worse, they were the smallest wings I've ever encountered.

Whoever is currently running Planet Wings should be held accountable! The quality has drastically declined, and the menu no longer lives up to expectations. It used to be my favorite spot for wings, but now it's simply not worth your money. You might as well grab something from 7/11 instead!
The sauces at Planet Wings were flavorful, but I was disappointed by the size of the original wings. They were very small and had very little meat. I ordered 20 wings, but the amount of meat was comparable to only 8 to 10 wings. I won’t be ordering from their menu again.
I ordered delivery and received four orders of six wings, each with a different sauce. Unfortunately, all of the wings were dry, with little to no sauce, and the sauce was served on the side. To make matters worse, these were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen.
Planet Wings is the best wing franchise around—it's even surpassing Wingstop! The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this spot to all wing lovers!

The wings are extremely small. One of the wings I received was nothing but a bone.
