loyal customers (with 4 friends) longtime to planet pizza, we booked as usual Friday night for 9:15. we arrived on site with 20 minutes late and it was to our great surprise that we were sent back. the kitchen was said to be closed (at 9:35 a weekend of sunshine or the outdoor terrace was not even open). It is unacceptable to make reservations and not to keep its commitments. the team has taken the big lead, it's no longer user-friendly as before, their customers have become a simple number following the success they encounter. So we had to change our program and went to eat "duty" in front of the prison in ensisheim or we were very well received.
we go there regularly and order to take away also, the staff is nice and pleasant what is important to us. culinary dishes and pizzas are good, nothing to say, the setting is nice and if the time allows it to reserve on the terrace. the /bookers are driving correctly in town with an electric car, nothing to do with the danger of the "pizza juve" deliverer their competitor, who drives like an idiot in town by putting the lives of the inhabitants at stake.
Pizzas are good, meats too and in addition service is good. they have a very beautiful exterior really nice for the beautiful days. The bosses are very nice unlike what one said customer(undoubted competitor) on another post. home delivery is also very well with pleasant and professional staff. Only black point is inside when it's full, we can't hear each other anymore and the servers are overflowed, a little backup for the summer would be bad.

very good address that we had the opportunity to discover last month during a birthday with a big swab.Pizza basilicata on top, chorizo pasta, seafood pasta, everyone had very nice plates and taste was on the rdv.2e times tonight for us and as satisfied as the first time. We tested Italian hamburger and sea salad, excellent!

Very nice modern decor. very beautiful terrace. Pizzas are excellent. salads are very copyy and very good but prices are a little expensive. Good address.
I have lunch a few times in this restaurant and I'm not disappointed. correct reception, personalized service, good dishes and well presented. validated!
