I brought my service dog in training here, and we enjoyed our experience until we were leaving. When we got up to leave, the bartender said “I didn’t know you had a dog, we don’t allow them for the future.” I let him know that it was a service dog in training, and he said “I see, we still don’t allow them.” I let him know that was illegal, to which his response was “You’re the second person to tell me that today, but we still don’t allow them.” I reiterated that this was illegal, and left without arguing further. Good food but I will not support their establishment in the future unless they make a change to this discriminatory and illegal policy.
Pros: indoor/outdoor seating, craft beer, polite staff. Cons: very loud, understaffed. Despite being shorthanded, the servers kept our drinks full and maintained patient, professional attitudes. Honestly, the food was good enough that it was worth the wait (maybe because the beer was also good lol). Did not like how loud it was, but I'm not sure that could be helped. They played awful country music until the sun went down and they switched to rock.
they did not leave our little dog (in his child car) on the large terrace and we were the only people out there. the front terrace (where they allow dogs) was tiny and had not enough places for our party sitting together. we drove to gresso and ate, drank and hung out. I've been eating $198. we had so much fun and the animals were nice and cold.
We visited the German Village and decided to try Planken. The food was delicious, and they offered a fantastic selection of different beers. They have a covered outdoor area as well as an indoor space. The staff was attentive and courteous. We will definitely be back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I frequently visit Planks Beer Garden, and this time I was there for a retirement party. As always, the food and service were outstanding. In December, I also enjoyed a family celebration in the enclosed beer garden. It's a wonderful place to gather with loved ones.
Decent beer selection, some local. Service was good. Food is decidedly German, which suits me. Potato salad (German style) was tasty. Sausage was a little over-cooked. Plenty to eat on the portions and cost is reasonable.
Walked in, sat down, got served quickly. Order was accurate and the food was hot and tasty. Didn't have to wait for the bill. Our waiter was friendly and on top of things.

Awesome American Corner Pub atmosphere. We loved the beer choices and the food looked amazing. We stopped in for drinks.
