My orders at Playa Bowls get messed up almost every time. I have a severe allergy, yet they’ve given me granola containing gluten twice despite me specifically ordering gluten-free granola. Whether I order in-store, online, or through DoorDash, they don’t seem to pay attention to the details. It looks like mostly high school students work there, but proper training on order accuracy and food safety should be mandatory. It’s a shame because when they get it right, the food is really good.
