This a nice and cozy atmosphere and our group went to eat here for a snack yesterday.Overall none of the items we chose satisfied us and the flavors didn't feel fresh.I got Pura Vida bowl and it was very frozen in parts and liquid in others. It was about 10 mins to create the order which was totally fine because of the long line. All 5 of us made modifications to our order and it was all done perfectly for 5 stars for the wonderful staff. They were courteous and kind.My other friend ordered a bowl that came with an entire layer of liquid floating in it and he was not a fan of that. It was almost like canned pineapple juice.Overall it hasn't hit the 5 star mark for anyone who went with me but...

I recently enjoyed a takeout meal from this delightful spot, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also a solid 5, making for a seamless experience. The atmosphere is charming, which you can still appreciate even through takeout. I highly recommend trying their Nutella and the Nutella Acai Bowl—they're absolutely delicious! With prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, this place is a fantastic choice for a satisfying meal.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly—especially the guy who always wears hats. I enjoy stopping by just to chat with him; he’s very respectful and genuine. The food, on the whole, is delicious, although the quality can vary depending on who is working. Some staff members don’t prepare the bowls as well as others. My personal favorite is the Nica Banana Bowl. The only downside is that when the place gets really busy, it can take a while for them to complete the orders.

I've observed that when I order delivery, the person preparing the açaí bowl only fills it halfway. Even when I pay for extra toppings, it often seems like there's less in the bowl, and the additional items I paid for are frequently missing. Unless you're watching the worker assemble your order, you can expect to receive less than what you paid for. The bowl should be filled to the top. It's frustrating.
