We had a booking for a private spa room. The room with a jacuzzi was shown in the pictures, but we got a room with a large floating bathtub. A bit of a disappointment but it was still smart and good looking. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued! The floating bathtub normally has a remote control we first looked for it everywhere and after asking on our part, we were informed that it was currently defective. The request was made via WhatsApp and that it was defective was communicated with a laughing smiley instead of an apology a no go! Since the tub is of course one of the unique selling points of the room, I wonder how you can rent it out (without saying so in advance). It continued...
