Poissonnerie Morgan Restaurant

Four of us went to this restaurant for lunch. It was empty at 130pm but it is a large and modern space. We all ordered fish. The presentation of 3 whole grilled (no. 22) and 1 large fried fish was lovely. Unfortunately, none of us enjoyed the taste. The so-called 'salad' was about two table-spoons of coleslaw. The rice though was plentiful and tasty. The sad thing is that we were overcharged by more than 50%. The quite nice fellow who said he was the owner and had waited on our table rang up the tab and I found it quite expensive. Went with another couple Weds Aug 09th.I had the mussels. Seasoned with oil and loads of garlic. Might be the best I've ever had. Also had the octopus salad. Tender and tasty. My wife had the eggplant and salmon salad. Very tasty.The only minor issue is you don't get an itemized bill of your order which I would prefer. Other than that excellent food and attentive service.

Love heading at Morgan to get a fresh catch to be grilled before me! The manager is friendly and will let you choose the type of fish. Recommended! You cannot be disappointed.

I had the grilled fish, it was very good. Very well seasoned. My husband enjoyed the fish & chips. The service was good. Owner was very friendly. Will definitely come back.
